Non-Refundable Situations
Apple App Store
Apple controls all billing; we cannot intervene. Please request directly from Apple Support (usually approved instantly).
Cross-Border Digital Payments
Due to international settlement channels and exchange rate fluctuations, some cross-border digital payment orders cannot be refunded to the original path.
Violation of Terms
Users banned for spamming, network attacks, or other violations are not eligible for refunds.
Abusive Usage
We reserve the right to refuse refunds if data consumption is excessive (>100GB) prior to the request, to prevent abuse.
Refund Process
Submit Application
Use your registered email to send an email to the support address. Please be sure to include "Request Refund" and your Order Number in the subject line.
Financial Review (1-3 Business Days)
Our finance team will verify your order status and usage. If it meets the policy, we will approve it immediately.
Funds Returned
Funds will be returned to the original payment method. Alipay/WeChat usually arrive instantly; international credit cards may take 5-10 business days to appear on statements.
