Welcome to KuaiLian Accelerator (hereinafter the "Service"). By using our service, you agree to be bound by this agreement. We are committed to providing a free and secure network experience, but we also draw red lines that must not be crossed.

01 Service License & Grant

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable limited license to download and use our software during the subscription period. This license is for personal, non-commercial use only. Decompiling, reverse engineering, cracking, or reselling/renting accounts is strictly prohibited.

02 Prohibited Uses

To maintain a healthy and stable network environment, you agree NOT to use the Service for the following activities. Discovery will result in immediate account termination without refund:

Spam & Phishing Sending SPAM or hosting phishing websites is prohibited.
Malicious Attacks Spreading viruses, trojans, or launching DDoS attacks is prohibited.
Illegal Content Accessing or distributing Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) or terrorist content is strictly prohibited.
Telecom Fraud Usage for any form of financial fraud or money laundering is prohibited.

03 Disclaimer

While we strive to provide 99.9% uptime, due to the complexity of the international network environment (e.g., submarine cable faults, carrier interference), the Service is provided on an "AS IS" basis.

We do not guarantee that the service will run 100% uninterrupted at all times or locations. KuaiLian Accelerator is not liable for any indirect commercial losses caused by temporary service interruptions or speed fluctuations.

04 Account Security Responsibility

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials. Do not share a single account with multiple people; this triggers security risk control mechanisms leading to automatic account bans. You bear the consequences of data loss or bans caused by voluntarily disclosing your password.

05 Termination & Governing Law

If you violate this agreement (especially Section 2), we reserve the right to immediately terminate your access to the service. This agreement is governed by the laws of the service provider's location, and both parties agree to submit disputes primarily to arbitration institutions.
